In Chiba, the rice ball specialty shop ‘Gochisou Yaki-musubi Onimaru’ is scheduled to open on October 5, 2026, at Perie Chiba’s ‘Perichika’ B1F. The shop will feature rice cooked in large cauldrons and offers over 20 types of standard rice balls, including ‘mochimochi okowa musubi.’ A signature item is the ‘Gochisou Yaki-musubi,’ which features homemade rolled omelets.

In Matsuyama, ‘Ichi no Mahou’ opened on September 22, 2026, at the NABi shared kitchen in Yanai-cho. The establishment specializes in ‘onigirazu’ (rice sandwiches) and offers various lunch sets, sweets, and drinks. Menu options include onigirazu sets, lunch plates, and tea time sets featuring seasonal specialty drinks.
