New gastronomic openings announced in Graz and Herrsching

New gastronomic ventures are opening in Graz and Herrsching. In Graz, architect Guido Strohecker is launching ‘Gulascherié – GAUMENgut & seelenKLANG’ at Jakominiplatz. The establishment will focus on over 15 varieties of goulash and stews, including vegetarian and seasonal options. A pre-opening is scheduled for September 19, 2026, during the Aufsteirern event, with the official opening following on September 28, 2026.

In Herrsching, a new pan-Asian sushi bar is opening at the Herrschinger Promenade to fill a long-standing vacancy in the former Pegasus Hotel. Operated by Thuha ‘Hani’ Nguyen and Anh Tuan Hoang, this marks the fifth ‘Geisha’ location for the Munich-based hospitality duo. The venue will offer Asian fusion cuisine, sushi, and cocktails, with an outdoor seating area accommodating up to 80 guests.
