New healthcare facilities inaugurated in Argentina and Ecuador

In Argentina, the Sindicato de Luz y Fuerza has inaugurated the ‘Juan José Chica’ Health House. The facility is designed to support union members from the interior of the province who must travel to the capital for medical treatment. The complex includes a sanatorium, a pharmacy, and outpatient clinics, along with two fully equipped apartments to accommodate four people simultaneously during prolonged treatments and a waiting room for families.

In Ecuador, the physical rehabilitation center in San Lorenzo, located in the Jipijapa canton of Manabí, has undergone remodeling. The renovated center provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. To strengthen the facility, the Prefectura de Manabí has added two physical therapy professionals to the existing team of three specialists.
