New hospitality and event developments launch in Brazil and Portugal

In Canela, Brazil, the company Brocker has launched Estância Origens da Serra, an event complex located at the former Parque Fazenda da Serra. The project’s first phase includes two main areas: the Quiosque da Estância, a 120m² space with a 70m² deck for up to 120 people, and the Espaço Origens, a 360m² hall capable of hosting up to 350 guests in a cocktail format or 200 seated. The venue is designed for both corporate and social events, such as weddings and conventions.

In Vieira do Minho, Portugal, the Pousadela Group is expanding its Encosta de Louredo accommodation unit with nine new themed houses. Expected to be completed by September, these T1-type houses are inspired by nature and local trees, with names such as Água, Fogo, Terra, Ar, Éter, Sol, Carvalho, Sobreiro, and Azevinho. Located near the Peneda-Gerês National Park, the units focus on nature tourism and wellness, offering guests access to the existing Pousadela Village infrastructure, including a spa, restaurant, and gym.
