New hospitality ventures launch in Tudela and León

New entrepreneurial ventures are emerging in the Spanish hospitality sector. In Tudela, a former employee named Christian has taken over the management of the bar La Sucursal. He has implemented improvements to the premises and expanded the service offerings to include breakfasts, lunches, and a weekend pub service that operates until 03:30. Christian utilized support from Consorcio EDER to navigate the administrative procedures and available aid for starting his activity.

In León, two friends, Cristian and Diego, have launched Terraze, a bar and restaurant focused on traditional Leonese cuisine. The establishment emphasizes local specialties such as offal, tapas, and regional products, including a signature potato omelet made with cecina from León and goat cheese. The restaurant offers a daily menu featuring homemade desserts and aims to provide high-quality products at accessible prices.
