New hotel developments announced in Sisak and Belgrade

New hospitality developments are underway in Sisak and Belgrade. In Sisak, Croatia, the Hotel Siscia has opened following a private investment of approximately 8.5 million euros. The project was co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO) and supported by HAMAG-BICRO. The hotel is temporarily categorized with four stars and features 84 rooms with a total capacity of 200 beds, a 120-seat restaurant, a cafe, and conference facilities.

In Belgrade, Serbia, investor NB Tourist Skadarlija d. o. o. has proposed an urban project to expand an existing boutique hotel in Zetska Street. The plan involves the reconstruction and extension of the current building onto an adjacent plot, which would require the removal of an existing family house. The expansion aims to increase the hotel's capacity by adding 25 rooms.
