New HR Summit 2026 announces conference program

The conference program for the New HR Summit 2026 has been announced. Organized by Crenvo İK and Webrazzi, the event is scheduled to take place on September 23, 2026, at the Wyndham Grand İstanbul Levent.

The summit will focus on the transformation of human resources, specifically highlighting AI-supported HR strategies, new generation leadership, employee experience, and cultural transformation. Key topics include the impact of digitalization, future work models, and how data and artificial intelligence influence HR decision-making.

In addition to keynote sessions, such as the opening speech by Pınar Kutsal, the event will feature workshops where participants can experience AI applications. The program also includes “İK Kulisi – Sorun Cevaplayalım” (HR Backstage – Let’s Answer Questions) Q&A sessions and one-on-one coaching focused on leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
