New indie video games announced including Card Make Arena and Unmei no Tou e

Several new indie video games have been announced or released for various platforms.

PLAYISM announced ‘Card Make Arena’, a customizable competitive card game developed by Lizardry. Players can design their own cards, including mana costs, effects, and illustrations, with an early access release planned for PC via Steam in 2026.

In the mobile sector, Cozy Trail Games and Poppin Games Japan released ‘Unmei no Tou e’ (To the Tower of Fate) on the App Store. This 2D command-based RPG/roguelike features elemental magic and a permanent progression system for a one-time purchase price of 1,000 yen.

Horror titles also feature upcoming releases: Lexip Games will launch the free psychological horror anthology ‘Silent Wounds – The Doll’ on Steam in October 2026, focusing on narrative exploration. Additionally, Moonzen Digital announced ‘VANADEN’, a first-person survival horror game set in a cursed labyrinth, scheduled for release on September 29, 2026.

Finally, SurvivalTaktix announced ‘Seferia Matrix’, a roguelike deck-builder where dice rolls determine spell effects, set to launch on Steam on November 9, 2026.
