New instructional books released for children's physical development and baseball
Two new instructional books aimed at children's physical and athletic development have been released in Japan.
KADOKAWA has published ‘How to Nurture and Utilize Children's Physical Strength by Type’ by personal trainer Kazutaka Sawaki. The book categorizes children into three physical types—‘full energy,’ ‘energy-saving,’ and ‘irregular’—and provides tailored exercise approaches focusing on core strength, flexibility, and the nervous system to improve concentration and motivation.
Additionally, Kanzen has released ‘The Book to Improve Pitching for Elementary School Students’ by former professional baseball player Kimiyasu Kudo. The guide focuses on pitching techniques, body maintenance, and injury prevention, emphasizing the importance of a child's own thought processes and decision-making in their athletic development.
