In Tempe, Arizona, chef Scott Conant has opened Roman God of Fire in collaboration with SC Culinary and Pretty Decent Concepts. The menu focuses on Roman classics, including carbonara, gricia, supplì, and pizza bianca, alongside items prepared over a wood-fired grill. The concept draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of Rome, blending authentic flavors with a modern approach to grilled meats.
