New Japan Pro Wrestling releases full G1 Climax 36 schedule and ticket update

New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) announced the complete schedule for its G1 Climax 36 tournament. The event kicks off on Saturday, July 11, with an opening night in Chicago at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, before moving to Japan. The schedule lists A‑Block and B‑Block matches through August 13, featuring wrestlers such as Konosuke Takeshita, Yota Tsuji, Hirooki Goto, Shingo Takagi, Jake Lee, Great‑O‑Khan and many others.

Ticket sales for the first night have reached 3,363 tickets, up 49 since the previous report, with the cheapest standard admission priced at $65. For comparison, a recent Chicago‑area event sold 4,520 tickets. The tournament will also be streamed internationally on NJPW World, a subscription service costing about $10 per month and offering both Japanese and English commentary.
