New Jersey boardwalks rank highly in national USA Today list

Four New Jersey boardwalks have been recognized in the USA Today 10Best readers' choice list for the best boardwalks in America.

Wildwood's boardwalk secured the number one spot for the second consecutive year. The boardwalk has expanded from its 1890s origins to cover 38 blocks and features numerous shops, restaurants, and an amusement pier.

Other New Jersey locations included in the top ten are the Ocean City boardwalk at number three, the Atlantic City boardwalk at number five, and the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk at number ten.
