New Jersey Homeowners Shift to DIY Renovations to Cut Costs

The report also notes that price pressures are delaying larger renovations: one in five homeowners have cancelled or postponed a renovation in 2026 because of tariff‑related cost increases, and the share rises to one in four among urban residents.
