New Jersey ranked among America's least stressed states

A study conducted by WalletHub has ranked New Jersey as the 11th least stressed state in the United States. The findings place the state as the 40th most stressed state overall, meaning it is not among the top 30 most stressed regions in the country.

The rankings evaluated several categories, including financial, family, work, and health and safety-related stress. New Jersey reported its lowest stress levels regarding financial issues. However, the state ranked as the 10th most stressed state in the category of work-related stress.

According to the report, Louisiana is the most stressed state in the nation, while South Dakota is the least stressed.
