New Jersey weather forecast predicts pleasant conditions and lower humidity
New Jersey is expected to experience a period of pleasant, seasonable weather through much of the week. Following a period of high humidity and heat, temperatures are forecast to remain in the 80s with manageable humidity levels and mostly sunny skies.
While Thursday and Friday are expected to be largely dry and comfortable, a weather shift is anticipated by Sunday. A storm system may bring heavier rainfall, potentially totaling 1 to 2 inches, along with a possibility of thunderstorms. This system is expected to keep extreme heat and high humidity at bay through the middle of next week.
Minor weather advisories include a Coastal Flood Advisory for the Delaware Bay late Wednesday night, with potential tidal flooding in Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May counties. A low risk of rip currents remains for the Jersey Shore through Friday.
