New kindergartens inaugurated in Caravaggio and Civitella in Val di Chiana

New educational facilities have been inaugurated in Italy. In Caravaggio, the ‘Primi passi al Conventino’ kindergarten opened its doors on September 7. The facility is part of the Istituto Angelo Gatti, completing a full educational cycle from early childhood to adolescence within the institution.

In the municipality of Civitella in Val di Chiana, the ‘Lo Scoiattolo’ kindergarten in the Oliveto district is scheduled for inauguration on September 8. The project involved a renovation of the Villa Mazzi building, costing 2.45 million euros. Funded by the PNRR - Next Generation EU, the works included seismic improvements, fire safety upgrades, and functional reorganization to ensure the building meets modern safety standards.
