New literary works released by Baltasar Plans and Climent Picornell

Author Baltasar Plans has released his latest book, ‘Doncs això!’, which follows the journey of a fictional alter ego, Xavi Sans. The work blends reality with fiction, using anecdotes, music, and poetry to explore themes of childhood, adulthood, love, and death. Plans, a former pediatric surgeon, utilizes his observations of human nature to create stories that reflect on the importance of understanding the past to comprehend the present.

In a separate literary release, geographer and writer Climent Picornell has published ‘Nous Jardins d’altri’. The book is a collection of aphorisms, quotes, and reflections that form an indirect autobiography. Picornell weaves together universal intellectual references, such as Jorge Luis Borges and Hannah Arendt, with local cultural voices and everyday observations, maintaining a style characterized by humor and irony.
