New luxury residential and eco-tourism developments launch in Scotland

New high-end hospitality and residential projects have launched in the Scottish Highlands, focusing on luxury and natural landscapes.

At Cabot Highlands near Inverness, a new collection of four-bedroom luxury cottages has been introduced. Starting at £2.1 million, these residences overlook the Moray Firth and the 18th green of Castle Stuart Golf Links. Designed by Russell Sage Studio, the homes feature interiors inspired by the Highland landscape and offer access to championship golf courses and local outdoor activities.

In Highland Perthshire, Larch House has opened as a sustainable, architect-designed eco-retreat on the southern edge of the Cairngorms National Park. Located in a riverside glen near Glenshee Ski Resort, the self-catering accommodation features amenities such as a sauna, cinema room, and wood-fired hot tub. The project is part of the VisitCairngorms campaign to promote the national park as a premier winter travel destination.
