New musical tribute released for Giorgio Albertazzi

The musical tribute “E poi l’Eternità” has been released to honor the late Italian actor Giorgio Albertazzi on the tenth anniversary of his passing and the anniversary of his birth.

The single features music composed by Davide Cavuti and lyrics written by singer Ottavia Fusco Squitieri, performed alongside the Davide Cavuti Ensemble. The track was recorded at Flavio Pistilli’s Studi FareMusika, with Pistilli also contributing piano performances.

Pia de’ Tolomei, Albertazzi’s widow, described the song as “beautiful and moving” upon hearing it. Both Squitieri and Cavuti highlighted their long-standing artistic relationships with the actor, noting past collaborations on theatrical productions involving works by Shakespeare, Dante, and D’Annunzio.
