New Obour City announces land delivery schedule for Beit Al-Watan

The Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities has announced the delivery schedule for residential land plots in the TA zone of New Obour City. This initiative is part of the tenth phase of the ‘Beit Al-Watan’ project.

Deliveries are scheduled to begin on Sunday, October 4, 2026, and will continue through Tuesday, November 24, 2026. The Ministry emphasized its commitment to facilitating the handover process to ensure citizens receive their allocated plots and units promptly, supporting development in new cities.

Mahmoud Murad, head of the New Obour City Development Authority, detailed a specific timeline for various plot numbers. The process will occur in batches throughout October and November, organized by specific plot ranges to ensure an orderly handover.
