New Orleans Saints finalize 53-man roster ahead of season opener
The New Orleans Saints have finalized their 53-man roster ahead of their regular-season opener against the Detroit Lions on September 13. General Manager Mickey Loomis announced the roster following a series of cuts, waivers, and trades.
To manage the roster, the team placed five players on injured reserve, including running back Devin Neal and edge rusher Mike Heldman.
