Los Angeles Rams shut out New Orleans Saints 34-0 in preseason

The Los Angeles Rams defeated the New Orleans Saints 34-0 in their second preseason game at SoFi Stadium. The Rams' offense was led by backup quarterback Stetson Bennett, who completed 19 of 31 passes for 181 yards and scored two rushing touchdowns during the first half.

Defensively, the Rams secured a shutout highlighted by a 100-yard interception return for a touchdown by safety Alex Cook. Outside linebacker Wesley Bailey also had a standout performance, recording five tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble.

The Saints, who fell to 0-2 in the preseason, struggled with turnovers and penalties, being flagged 12 times. New Orleans utilized quarterbacks Zach Wilson and Spencer Rattler, but neither could overcome the Rams' defense. Running back Kendre Miller made his return to the field following an ACL injury, recording 22 yards on six carries.
