New Plan Developments targets 1,700 unit deliveries and EGP 6bn in sales for 2026

New Plan Developments has announced its strategic targets for 2026, aiming to deliver 1,700 units. This would bring the company’s total delivered units to approximately 3,100. The delivery plan includes roughly 2,500 units in the New Administrative Capital and 600 units in Port Said.

To support these goals, the developer plans to invest approximately EGP 2.5 billion in construction works during 2026. The company is also targeting sales of EGP 6 billion by the end of the year. Walid Khalil, Chairperson of New Plan Developments, emphasized that execution and timely delivery are now critical metrics for evaluating real estate developers.

The company’s portfolio consists of nine projects spanning the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Port Said, and the North Coast, covering residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality sectors. While projects like Serrano and Eclat Residence are already operational, construction continues on other developments such as Amara and Sadaf. Khalil also noted that the company is evaluating expansion opportunities in Sheikh Zayed and the Red Sea region.
