New Portainer and Cognee connector enables AI-driven container management

A new connector has been released to bridge Portainer’s container management capabilities with Cognee’s AI framework. This integration allows developers to stream live container infrastructure data directly into Cognee, converting DevOps telemetry into an AI-queryable knowledge graph.

The tool aims to assist autonomous AI coding agents, DevOps assistants, and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) by providing real-time answers regarding infrastructure. Key features include semantic container discovery through natural language searches, topology synthesis to extract relationships between environments and stacks, and automated cleanup of decommissioned containers.
