New ramen restaurants opening in Okayama, Kawagoe, and Osaka
Several new ramen establishments are opening or relocating across Japan.
In Okayama, Ramen Kizuna is set to relocate its popular shop to a new location near Okayama University on August 25, 2026. The previous Nodaya-cho branch closed on August 16 following local redevelopment plans.
In Kawagoe, Ramen Zundoya Kawagoe Kamiderayama is scheduled to open on September 1, 2026. The new site will also host a Marugame Seimen outlet, both of which are operated by Toridoll Holdings.
In Osaka, Kacchan Ramen officially opened its new location in Chuo-ku on August 12, 2026. The shop specializes in traditional-style Chinese noodles with homemade noodles and clear broth.
