New ramen shops in Fujisawa and Warabi attract crowds

The ramen shop 53’s Noodle opened on 12 June in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, near Rokke Nichihama Station. The venue serves a soy‑sauce broth made with locally raised chicken and noodles fortified with Shonan‑Fujisawa wheat. Demand was high enough that the restaurant sold out by midday on opening day and again the previous day, prompting customers to arrive early.

On 7 July a second outlet, Ramen Maruki Warabi, began operations in Warabi, Saitama. A long line formed before the 19:00 opening and persisted for over 90 minutes. The shop offers a single ramen dish priced at ¥500, featuring thick home‑made curly noodles, a rich pork‑based broth, and generous toppings. Both establishments have quickly become popular destinations for ramen enthusiasts in their respective regions.
