New residential architectural projects completed in Brazil

In Brasília, BLOCO Arquitetos completed Casa Lima, a 750m² residence located in the Lago Sul neighborhood. Although the project was originally designed in 2016, construction was carried out in two stages, concluding in 2024. The design features a single-level internal layout that accommodates the natural slope of the terrain, particularly around the pool area.

In Cunha, messina | rivas completed Casa Sede, a 120m² residence situated in the Serra do Mar valleys near Pedra da Macela. The project is characterized by its use of wood and its location offering views of the sea, the mountains, and the city of Paraty.
