New residential architectural projects featured in Argentina and Brazil
Recent architectural highlights feature new residential projects in Argentina and Brazil.
In Buenos Aires, architect Veronica Gilotaux designed Casa Paroissien, a 270m² sustainable residence. The project partially reuses a 1940s railway structure and utilizes dry construction systems to maximize the existing site located near a local park.
In Belén de Escobar, Pirca Arquitectura completed Casa Marinas, a 535m² home situated facing a lake. The design focuses on blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, using natural light and vegetation to define the atmosphere.
