New residential architectural projects unveiled in Portugal

Pereira Miguel Arquitectos has completed the Casa Melides MG project in Melides, Portugal. The 400m² single-family residence is composed of several interconnected volumes and a swimming pool. The design utilizes outdoor spaces to follow the natural amphitheater shape of the terrain.

Separately, the SUMMARY architectural firm completed the Casa Casca de Arroz in Esmoriz, Portugal. This 146m² single-story residence is situated on a north-south oriented plot near a pine forest and beach, designed to integrate with a low-density residential area.
