New housing projects have been announced or completed in the Silesian region of Poland. In Katowice, the developer Murapol has launched a pre-sale for Murapol BrynówOne, a seven-story building located on Rzepakowa Street. The project will feature 191 apartments ranging from 26 to 72 square meters, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2028. Amenities planned for the site include a coworking space, an outdoor gym, and a dog wash station.

In Ruda Śląska, the completion of a major rental housing estate on Ziętka Street has allowed the first tenants to collect their keys. The investment, carried out by TBS Dombud in cooperation with the city, consists of five buildings containing 314 rental units. The project cost approximately 155 million PLN, with over 82 million PLN sourced from external funds. The apartments, which range from 25 to 76 square meters, are provided in a turnkey standard and are available for lease terms between five and ten years.
