New residential vertical developments are being launched in Honduras and Costa Rica.

In Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Grupo Roble and Banco Atlántida have formed a strategic alliance to develop Aluna Tower in the Lomas del Mayab area. The 19-story project will feature 113 apartments with two and three bedrooms, categorized into Essence, Cumbre, and Skyline models. Construction is currently underway, with an expected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2027.

In Costa Rica, Idea Central is introducing Casa Arienzo, a complex consisting of three towers located near La Aurora International Airport. The development includes a mix of residential and commercial spaces, with units ranging from 43m2 to 105m2. Two towers are designed for short-term rental investors, while the third is dedicated to permanent residents. The complex will feature amenities such as swimming pools, coworking spaces, and various retail options including restaurants and pharmacies.
