New restaurant openings announced in Sanyo-Onoda and Toyohashi

Several new dining establishments are scheduled to open in Japan.

Niigata Yukiguni Ramen Naoji is opening its Sanyo-Onoda branch in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This marks the brand's first location in the Chugoku region. The restaurant specializes in back-fat Chinese soba, featuring a soup made from premium dried sardines blended with pork bone and meat broth. The menu includes signature items such as special back-fat Chinese soba and Tsubame back-fat niboshi.

In Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, a new Akakara restaurant is set to have its grand opening on October 31. The establishment will occupy the former site of Yakiniku Daitouen Toyohashi Hirakawa. Akakara is known for its signature spicy hot pot, which uses a secret blend of Nagoya miso and red chili peppers, offering eleven different spice levels.
