New restaurant openings reported in Alès and Igoville

Several new developments are occurring in the French restaurant sector. In Alès, the Italian pasta franchise Francesca has officially opened its doors at 1 rue Edgar-Quinet. Managed by Amandine Teissonnieres, the establishment aims to provide an alternative to traditional local cuisine, focusing on pasta dishes such as carbonara, bolognese, and various gnocchi recipes. This opening marks the brand's continued expansion into southern France.

In Igoville, Eure, the brasserie La Terrasse has reopened under new ownership. Twenty-seven-year-old restaurateur Matthieu Sante took over the business following the retirement of the previous managers. After undergoing three weeks of renovations, the establishment has introduced a modernized menu that includes snacking options like bagels and hot dogs, alongside traditional brasserie classics and pizzas made with fresh, house-made dough.
