New restaurants open in Kobe and Ota

New dining establishments have opened in Kobe and Ota. In the Nada Ward of Kobe, Katsu Soba Takekichi has commenced operations at the former site of Mazesoba Daikakumei in Rokkomichi. The restaurant specializes in homemade noodles and features a signature katsu soba dish, alongside standard options like kake soba and mori soba.

In Iizuka-cho, Ota, Umai Sushikan Yutorogi Ota Iizuka opened on September 18. The sushi restaurant offers both counter seating for direct service from chefs and table seating with a conveyor belt system. The menu includes signature items such as Honmaguro Zanmai and various side dishes.
