New senior living facilities open in Brühl and Schenklengsfeld

New residential developments for seniors have reached significant milestones in Germany. In Brühl, the “Grüne Mitte” senior housing complex is largely completed, adding 65 apartments to the local supply. The facility includes a medical practice that opened in late October, with a community room, day care, and social station from Pflegedienst Triebskorn gGmbH expected to follow shortly. An apothecary is also planned for 2027. An official inauguration and open house event is scheduled for November 21, 2026.

In Schenklengsfeld, the SenVital senior center held a viewing day ahead of its official opening on November 9, 2026. The project, described as a lighthouse project in Hessen, utilizes a holistic concept involving two buildings.
