The construction was carried out under the ‘Olympia’ program, initiated by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first appearances of the Polish national team at the Olympic Games. The facility includes sanitary and changing rooms, heating, ventilation, and accessibility features for people with disabilities. It also comes equipped with basic sports equipment and a four-station mobile laser shooting range.

The opening ceremony was attended by local officials, including the Mayor of Gąbin, Krzysztof Jadczak, and the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Adam Struzik. The hall is intended to serve the local community for training, sports activities, and integration, particularly during the autumn and winter seasons.
