New Taipei City earns fourth consecutive top rating for public-private partnerships

New Taipei City has achieved a four-year streak of ‘Excellent’ ratings in the Ministry of Finance’s evaluation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects. For the 115th fiscal year, the city was recognized as the only local government in Taiwan to receive this top rating.

Key projects driving these results include the Xinzhuang North Transfer Station and Parking Lot BOT project, the city’s first automated waste residue treatment plant, and the preservation of the Air Force San Chong No. 1 Village. The city also focuses on industrial infrastructure, such as the New Taipei International AI + Smart Park sewage system, and the operation of various national sports centers through ROT and OT models.
