New Taipei City honors mediation committees and personnel

The New Taipei City Government held a commendation ceremony to recognize outstanding mediation committees and personnel for their performance during the 114th fiscal year. During this period, the city handled 19,514 mediation cases, achieving a successful mediation rate of 82.39%.

To honor these achievements, the city presented 11 awards for outstanding mediation committees, 11 mediation service performance awards, and 7 letters of appreciation to groups. Additionally, 267 individual awards were distributed, including honors for solo mediators, collaborative mediators, long-service recognition, and referral mediators.

Local prosecutors from New Taipei, Taipei, Shilin, and Keelung also attended the event to support the mediation efforts, which aim to resolve disputes efficiently and reduce the burden on the judicial system.
