New Taipei City police dismantle ‘zombie vape pod’ manufacturing site

Police in New Taipei City arrested a wanted man following a raid on his residence, where they discovered a manufacturing and packaging site for etomidate-based ‘zombie vape pods.’

During the operation, authorities seized etomidate liquid, vape pods, packaging tools, and a homemade steel pipe gun with four bullets. The suspect, who was already wanted for driving under the influence and intimidation, is currently in prison facing charges related to drug control and firearms regulations.
