New Taipei City promotes industrial investment via one-stop land and finance services
The New Taipei City Economic Development Bureau held the '2026 New Taipei City Land Recruitment and Matching Briefing' to assist enterprises in securing industrial land and financing. The bureau's 'one-stop' service model integrates various municipal departments and private resources to provide comprehensive administrative support, including project management and regulatory consultation.
To date, the city's investment services have facilitated 327 investment cases, totaling over NT$777.5 billion and creating more than 122,000 jobs. Notable investments include ASML's presence in the New Taipei International AI+ Smart Park and Nanya Technology's advanced process development in the Taishan Nanlin Technology Park.
Currently, several key areas are open for recruitment. The Wenzai District industrial zone is offering approximately 1.62 hectares of land for smart manufacturing and cloud technology, featuring a three-year preferential rent period. The New Taipei International AI+ Smart Park is offering approximately 3.04 hectares of land with incentives such as a 20% reduction in monthly base rent and increased flexibility in building space usage.
In the Xinzhuang sub-center, the real estate market has shown resilience due to industrial growth and infrastructure development. Driven by corporate investments from companies like ASML and others, property prices in the area have seen a 12% increase over the last five years compared to 2022 levels, supported by transit links like the Airport MRT and Circular Line.
