New Taipei City to lead 20 companies to LEAP 2026 in Saudi Arabia

The New Taipei City Government will lead a delegation of 20 local companies to participate in LEAP 2026, a global technology exhibition held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from August 31 to September 3, 2026. The delegation will utilize both physical and video formats to showcase a dedicated ‘New Taipei Pavilion’.

The participating companies represent various sectors, including artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, information and communications technology (ICT), and smart city applications. Key technological highlights at the pavilion will include AIoT and edge computing, digital twins, network security, vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology, and integrated hardware and software solutions.

According to the Economic Development Bureau, this initiative aims to tap into the growing demand for technology investment and infrastructure in the Middle East. The mission seeks to connect New Taipei enterprises with international buyers, system integrators, and investment partners to capitalize on regional digital transformation opportunities.
