New tenants fill Berlin and Düsseldorf office projects

In Berlin, the Be. Yond Office building on Schöneberger Ufer 69, completed in early 2026 with 8,620 sqm of rental space and a DGNB Gold certification, has been fully leased after the technology firm Quantum Systems took a 1,180 sqm floor for its autonomous‑systems work.

In Düsseldorf, BEOS AG, owned by Swiss Life Asset Managers, secured its first tenants for the Loftworks development in the Werft68 quarter. The engineering and architecture firm BFT Group signed a lease for about 710 sqm and plans an open‑office layout, while a second, unnamed tenant will occupy additional space with handover slated for the third quarter of 2026 and move‑in beginning January 2027.
