New vehicle inspection services launched in Torrent and Almagro

A new provisional vehicle inspection station (ITV) has opened in the Mas del Jutge industrial estate in Torrent. Managed by the Sociedad Valenciana de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos (SITVAL), the facility is expected to perform between 18,000 and 20,000 inspections annually, with a daily capacity of 100 to 120 vehicles. The station features two inspection lines for cars, motorcycles, and industrial vehicles up to 3,500 kg, staffed by eight inspectors working two shifts from 07:00 to 20:30.

In Almagro, a mobile ITV unit will provide services from November 5 to November 10, 2026. The unit will be stationed at the Plaza de Toros parking lot. Residents must schedule an appointment via telephone by providing their vehicle registration number, as no walk-in inspections will be permitted.
