New women-only pilates studios open in Kagoshima and Tokyo

New women-only pilates studios are expanding in Japan. La pilates has opened a new location in Kagoshima, specifically in the Tenmonkan area. The studio utilizes a unique method combining osteopathic bodywork with machine pilates to target inner muscles and improve posture.

Additionally, Konami Sports Corporation has announced the opening of Pilates Mirror Hitotsubashi Gakuen in Kodaira, Tokyo, scheduled for November 10, 2026. This studio features mirrors installed on the ceiling to allow clients to monitor their movements more effectively during 30-minute sessions.
