New York Giants make roster moves and manage injuries ahead of Titans game

The New York Giants have made several roster adjustments and are managing multiple injuries ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Quarterback Jake Haener has been signed to the 53-man roster to serve as the backup to Jameis Winston, following Jaxson Dart being placed on season-ending injured reserve with a knee injury.

On the injury front, wide receiver Malik Nabers has returned to full practice participation after receiving positive X-ray results regarding his right shoulder. However, the team faces significant concerns at other positions: left tackle Andrew Thomas missed practice due to a groin injury, and edge rusher Brian Burns has been unable to participate for two consecutive days due to an ankle issue.

Additionally, the Giants elevated receiver Braxton Berrios and linebacker Malik Harrison from the practice squad for Sunday's game. Berrios, who serves as a returner and emergency quarterback, and Harrison, a special teams contributor, will both be available for the upcoming contest.
