Climate legislation pushes the state’s CLCPA emission targets to 2040, scaling back the 2030 milestone but retains a $100 million investment in public renewables. The Farm Bureau secures an extension of a refundable investment tax credit for farmers and additional research funding. Together, the measures aim to address affordability, public safety, and environmental goals while reshaping several state policies.
