New York Jets face speculation over future quarterback prospects

Speculation regarding the New York Jets' future at the quarterback position has intensified following comments from Eli Manning and draft expert predictions. Manning expressed openness to his nephew, Arch Manning, playing for the Jets in the future, noting that the proximity to New York would allow for easier family connection.

In a separate outlook for the 2027 NFL Draft, expert Todd McShay suggested the Jets could potentially trade up to the No. 3 overall pick, possibly involving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to secure a top prospect. While veteran Geno Smith has performed well with a high completion percentage and no interceptions, analysts suggest he is not a long-term solution for the franchise.
