New York Knicks add veteran depth ahead of training camp

The New York Knicks are finalizing their roster ahead of training camp by adding veteran depth. The team has signed several players to Exhibit 10 contracts, creating competition for the final standard roster spots.

John Konchar has joined the team to provide defensive versatility and activity on the wings. Additionally, Drew Eubanks has signed a training camp contract to bolster the frontcourt depth behind Karl-Anthony Towns and Andre Drummond. Eubanks, an experienced interior player, will need to perform well during the preseason to secure a permanent spot.

Other players, including James Wiseman, are also expected to compete for limited vacancies. Reports suggest the Knicks may only fill one of the remaining spots unless they execute a move to shed salary. Wiseman, who has a prior coaching connection to head coach Mike Brown, remains a notable candidate for the team's need for a third center.
