Bichette stated, “If I played better, maybe the season would be different for the team. But I'm just focused on trying to finish strong.”

While the major league roster faces uncertainty, the Mets' farm system is showing significant promise. Double-A infielder Mitch Voit has seen a surge in performance since his promotion to Binghamton, recording a .568 average and a 1.536 OPS over ten games. Additionally, Jefferson Rojas, acquired in a trade with the Chicago Cubs, has also performed strongly at the Double-A level, contributing 15 home runs this season.
