The Palisades Scenic Byway, spanning New York and New Jersey, is noted for its 19 miles of views featuring 500-foot-tall Palisades Cliffs. The Palisades Interstate Parkway, a designated State Scenic Byway, offers views of the Hudson River and is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places.
